Introduce and support an amendment to the Constitution to repeal the 2nd Amendment and banning all guns except hunting.

I purpose the Administration put forth a bill to the US Congress to pass a new Amendment to the United States Constitution to Repeal the 2nd Amendment, and ban all guns with the exception of low caliber and limited ammunition capacity hunting rifles that must have a minimum barrel length of 26 inches and a capacity of no grater than 4 shots. The new amendment should contain an exception for the military and law enforcement officials to possess fire arms.
