Software patents are breaking the back of America’s innovative tech industry. They are often so overly broad that they can describe such a concept as uploading something to the internet. Something that is not unique, has prior art and is common sense to people in the tech industry.
Not only are Patent Trolls a problem today, but the industry has resorted to defensive patenting which is clogging the patent system and causing unnecessary harm.

The Obama administration must act on this now to prevent even greater harm befalling America.
This is an important measure to cut the head off Patent Trolls who are downright un-American.
