Since the failure to act on the basest of functions of being a member of government indicates a lack of credibility & character, members of a standing congress and senate that are unable or unwilling to perform their duties should be barred from running for re-election. They have proven by their actions to not be the officals we need in these critical roles, and have failed in their responsibilities to the american people.
