Introduce a bill into Congress that would only allow the existence of credit unions/small community banks in bank sector

This law will end the corrupt banking practices as we now it. This bill would replace existing mega-banks with credit unions and small community banks. Investment banks would become separate entities from these small banks and would not ever again be able to mix their risky investments with those of the people.
