Introduce a bill or Constitutional Amendment that will allow the American People to recall Supreme Court Justices.

The position of the Supreme Court on "Citizens United" has effectively sold our government to the highest bidder. The impeachment process is too complex and costly. We need a simpler solution for removing extremist Judges.
