This bill would provide jobs for non-retired (military) vets, improve the VA infrastructure by building more clinics and updating existing facilities, and hiring more professionals and non-professionals to provide support and care for disabled vets, especially for those with service connected disabilities. Services should also be implemented to help the spouses and dependents of veterans who have 100% service connected disabilities obtain gainful employment. The bill would be supported by taxing all income above 1-million dollars 1%.
This bill would not only provide jobs for vets and needed health care, but would also increase jobs in local communities when existing facilities are upgraded or new ones built, and professionals and non-professionals are hired the help service the vets.
