The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 became outdated and non effective in India, which needs immediate replacement with strong legislation's, whereas AWBI recommended the bill but same is not yet placed before Indian Parliament for approval, hence Abhishek Kadyan with Miss Suman Malik and Ms. Sukanya Berwal endorsing me to ask immediate either bill or Ordinance , replacing toothless PCA Act, 1960.
