We the People believe guns are most dangerous when utilized in conjunction with bullets. Therefore, "gun corking" is an affordable, practical and reasonable means to protect both public safety and the rights guaranteed by 2nd Amendment. This is something all Americans can get behind and would prove to be yet another jewel in the crown that has been your era in American history thus far.
