Send a proposal to congress requiring all members of congress to remain in chambers (on capitol hill) 40 hours per week until the debt ceiling has been raised. Any variance from the hour requirement shall cause forfeiture of vote for the remainder of time until debt ceiling is raised for a minimum of 1 year.
