Introduce a bill to set the military budget at that of the next 5 counties combined instead of the next 10-13.

The United States government currently spend more on it's military budget then the next 10-13 countries every year. Meanwhile we rank 21st in education and 1st in gun homicides.
Our money could better be spent on education, the space program, upgrading our infrastructure, etc.
