Recently there have been many exercizes that have included Russian troops on US soil. Posse Commitatus exists not to protect our troops from having to do police duty against US citizens (as happened after the Civil War), but to protect US citizens from military troops being used as police. The fact that these foreign troops are being considered for use is absolutely treasonous. When Janet Napolitano left office, she let a few cats out of the bag. I can say this confidently, if Russian troops are used in Region III to police US citizens for any reason, especially to disarm, many people will go Russian hunting--and well they should. Given the current standoff in Syria, the potential for Russian aid is particularly disturbing. Reassure your constituents that this horror will never occur.
