Introduce a conditional tax cut.

Created by C.R. on May 08, 2013

If Republicans and businessmen want tax cuts for investment and to help stimulate the economy, help them put their money where their mouth is. Simply giving wealthy businessmen and corporations tax cuts has historically been shown to benefit the corporations themselves and not the economy as a whole. So, in order to truly improve the economy through tax cuts, only give the cuts to businesses that plan on expanding their facilities across the U.S to hire more people and/or increase the wages of current employees. Also, allow the Labor Department to ensure that such requirements are met either by inspecting or receiving reports by businesses each quarter.
