Introduce into Congress a Constitutional Amendment requiring a balanced budget and a flat income tax on all citizens and businesses.
Like it's citizens, the Government shall not spend more money than it takes in.
Additionally, all revenues derived from "Income Tax" shall be at a flat percentage rate of a citizen's income and a business' net profits. No loop holes, no deductions, no credits, no subsidies and no exceptions.
US owned companies that take their jobs overseas shall be taxed at twice the rate as other businesses.
