Introduce the Congressional Reputation and Approval Protection Act making April 1st a Holiday.

Created by A.H. on April 01, 2013

Every year Americans lose millions of hours of productivity on the first day of April as they create and share ideas more inane that those proposed by their elected officials. To reduce hours of lost productivity and to protect elected officials' role in producing the most outrageous ideas, the President should introduce, and Congress should pass legislation declaring April 1st a national holiday.
