Each state will send it's number of represenatives to the United States House of Represenatives and it's two Senators as State Employees. All pay and retirement benifits will be determined by each state legislature for it's Represenatives in the Unitied States Congress. The Congress of the United States will make no laws with regards to it's own salary, benifits or number of terms an individual can be elected. Each State will determine the salary of it's represenatives by state law and the number of terms each individual may be reelected to represent the state.
