To make ours a more perfect union, our Chief Executive should be elected by a vote of a majority of the people instead of by an unelected electoral college. Institute a system by which the two candidates of any party who receive the most votes then run against each other so every person elected to our highest office is elected with the full support of a majority of citizens.
