A constitutional amendment permanently barring re-election of both

- The President and Vice-President
- All members of Congress

if the government can't pass a balanced budget outside of war time. Whether or not a budget proposal is balanced would be determined by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Possibly, also remove the officials from office at the next annual election cycle, amending the 27th Constitutional Amendment if needed.

Any other job has basic expectations or you get fired. Let's stop blaming the parties and force them to either cooperate or get out.
