This Constitutional Amendment will give more power to Individual human beings and limit the power of corporations, unions and other organizations to influence government, elections, legislation.
There is near unanimous opinion that corporations and labor unions have too much power over our elections and governments at all levels.
This Amendment strengthens individual rights, equalize free speech based on individuals, not money. The current rights of "personhood" granted to corporations and other entities has replaced the "one person, one vote" concept. Current law, as interpreted in the Citizens United, has allowed the money wielded by entities to overwhelm the voices of individuals. Only a constitutional amendment will restore power to Individuals, as our Founding Fathers intended.
