For the past several years certain members of Congress have obstructed the business of government by insisting on practices based on a pledge to a single individual in clear violation of the spirit of American democracy and defiance of common sense.
We therefore request that the administration introduce by whatever constitutionally allowed means may be most convenient an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America which requires:
1. That all members of either House of the US Congress must take an oath similar to that taken by the President.
2. That said oath shall take precedence over any and all oaths taken by that member whether past. or future.
3. That violation of said oath shall be grounds for impeachment
4. Establish impeachment procedures
