Introduce a Constitutional Amendment for the “Right to Privacy” and Create a Federal Agency for Privacy Regulation.

Created by J.W. on April 27, 2012

The people of the United States have an unwritten, irrefutable, and inalienable right to privacy. Our personnel information is flowing as it never has before like a blood supply to corporations and government agencies. Terrorist and criminals are cutting into us and taking our nation’s blood for their own nefarious purposes. These come in the form of identity theft, money laundering, and terrorist activities.

We request the following:

* An amendment to the constitution specifically stating a right to privacy, * not just broad interpretation *.

* A Federal Office of Privacy and Protection to aid government, corporations, and citizens.

This act will make it easier for consumers, corporations, and government officials to interoperate, conduct business, and safeguard data.
