Introduce the following legislation to amend Article V of the United States Constitutional.

1. To change the majority requirement for passing a Constitutional Amendment and calling for a Constitutional Convention to be a simple majority of 51%.
2. To change the way Constitutional Amendments are voted on, this right belongs to the people of each state not their state legislators.
3-a. Allow the people of each state the right through ballot initiative to call for a Constitutional Convention or propose a Constitutional Amendment.
3-b. If the people call for a Constitutional Convention each state shall elect four delegates to the convention within 150 days from the time the convention was called for by the people; the convention must convene with in 160 days from the time it was called for.
