Candidates seeking a federal office must register with the Federal Election Commission, they will no longer be made to register with any state board of elections nor follow their state’s ballot access requirements.
The candidate can chose to run as a party candidate or independent candidate.
The Federal Election Commission must ensure that any candidate seeking a federal office meets the Constitutional requirements for said office.
Once the candidate meets the Constitutional requirements for said office, the Federal Election Commission shall inform the state election board to place the candidates name on the appropriate ballot.
The State Board of Elections will send the election results to the Federal Election Commission so they can certify the election results.
