Every year, our country is plagued with the tragedy of rampant homelessness. Recently in a press conference, Congressman Don Young of Alaska suggested that introducing wolves into more populated districts could alleviate the seemingly unsolvable problem. Young's passion and innovation has started catching fire in America as more and more citizens have begun backing this policy proposal. This petition was created to make Don Young's vision a reality.
