Introduce an Idiocy Clause into Lawsuits that denies people the ability to sue for some incidents/accidents.

Created by J.C. on December 12, 2013

Allow juries and court officials the ability to remove a case from a court, with review, for incidents where the victim is likely to be the one at fault.

examples could include the following:
+ Suing for being injured while robbing someone's house.
+ Someone who broke a law or in the process of breaking a law was injured or otherwise damaged to some extent.
+ Suing for not having a warning label on each individual item (if you don't know how to use it right, don't)

I believe the benefits to having this would include the following:
+ Fewer cases being presented to court.
+ Fewer cases being argued over for stupidity/idiocy.

I leave this open for other ideas on benefits and examples.
