Introduce into law a bill that would send all gridlock petitions from the Senate and/or Congress to the American People for vote.
All petitions such as; tax increases, tax decreases or tax modifications that cannot be agreed upon or settle by vote in the senate and/or congress would be sent to the general American public for vote.
Both the Democratic and Republican Parties would present each of their bills for the general public to decide by vote in such gridlock cases. These bills would clearly state and indicate the full details of each proposal to the American people.
In situations where the Senate and/or Congress fail to function under the original intent of Government, the American people would invoke such action to resolve all issues on behalf of its Nation.
