All US Presidents should be given line item veto authority. I am petitioning the White House to introduce legislation toward this goal. This tool could allow a President to fight against and reduce some of the games our congress routinely engages in. I believe this might require an amendment to the Constitution. If so, lets get started. If not, lets get started anyway.
