Obviously pressure cookers are pretty dangerous, so I propose we make sure we keep them out of the hands of criminals and the mentally insane! I propose background checks for ANYONE wanting to purchase a pressure cooker or any other sort of bomb...unless it is already illegal to make bombs and use them to terrorize people. Face it folks, laws don't stop criminals. Take away guns, and criminals will get creative (plus they'll still have guns!)
