Introduce legislation to cap CEO pay at 20-times that of the company's lowest-paid employee.

Created by M.M. on December 03, 2012

Corporate profits continue to reach record-highs as employee pay hits record lows. Layoffs are common, unions are under attack for trying to fight for a better living, and minimum wage never goes up.

The endgame for CEOs seems to be massive profits, outrageous bonuses, and little regulation at the expense of their labor force; the real job creators.

Legislation capping CEO pay at 20x (negotiable) the salary of a company's lowest-paid employee would ease the pain, result in a significant bump in wages, reduce this income gap, and put a larger amount money in the pockets of people that will spend it.
