We live in an age where literally hundreds of millions of dollars pours into the two major political parties, year in and year out, as they desperately try to wrest control of the Executive and Legislative branches of government.
As a good first step toward putting Americans back to work, FULLY HALF of that willingly donated money should be used to fund worker training and job creation ... rather than consultants and other media & marketing expenses.
THIS IS NOT A TAX.
It is redistribution of disposable income to accomplish two very specific purposes:
1- to further the cause of the political parties and their supporters as is currently being done already.
2- to further the cause of average Americans who want to work and contribute to the country they love and promote the greater good
