We believe that ownership of large ammunition clips and assult rifles or assult hand guns should be confined to use within gun clubs and be legally confined in locked and monitored safe deposit areas within these clubs. Ownership or sale of such ammunition or weapons would be punished by life in prison and killing another individual with such weapons or ammunition punished by death.
