We the people, ask the President to introduce law to reform our Legislative branch of the government and introduce term limits to members of Congress.
Our system is corrupted in that our Legislative body of Government is focused more on saving their jobs and raising money for their next election, rather than voting for the long term needs of our Nation.
Additionally, our system places more influence on those who have the financial resources to continue to support their favorite congressmen, rather than tend to the needs of the greater common people of United States. Wealthy congressmen also retain an unfair advantage, therefore, members of congress are much wealthier than the average American. The make up of Congress should be a closer representation of the American people.
