When a bill is passed that imposes a tax or benefit on the people of the United States that bill should apply to all citizens and should not exempt a select few. The current healthcare bill will be implimented of which those who wrote it and voted for it have exempted themselves. The Constitution only gives a right to compensation for service not lifetime exemptions from taxes or benefits that are imposed.
