Legalizing hemp would end a ceaseless ban on an imminently bountiful cash crop. This is not a petition to legalize marijuana. Legalizing hemp would allow for a thriving industry to be created. Jobs and economic growth would be an effect of this new opportunity for enterprising Americans.
