The White House shall introduce legislation that would require accountability from Senators and Congressional Representatives.
If the majority of the constituents favor legislation, the Senator/Representative shall be required to have their opinions and votes reflect the wishes of the people.
If a Senator/Representative does not act on behalf of the wishes of the constituents, there shall be a process for replacing the elected Senator/Representative with a person who shall honor the wishes of the constituents.
