Legislation to establish minimum federal prison time for the use of a weapon in the commission of a crime in the United States of America. Its time that we either create or enforce laws related to the illegal use of a firearm a federal offense with minimum federal prison time that should inlcude a provision for life without parole. Further citizens who falsify answers on a federal background check should also be subject to minimum federal jail sentences.
