Introduce legislation that makes all members of congress ineligible for reelection if they don't balance the budget.

The American People are tired of the partisan bickering and absolute inefficiency of our congress. We're also tired of the the out-of-control spending. Do I have the answers? No, but it's not my job to have the answers. It's the job of congress to have the answers. And I'll bet a nickel to a doughnut that if we want anything done in congress, we'll have to make their reelection contingent on their success in those matters. Number one: balance the budget and get the national debt under control. Warren Buffett said something similar - our budget problems would be over if congress was ineligible for reelection until it was balanced.
