In 2013 the House of Representatives is scheduled to be in session for only 126 days out of 365 days. That amounts to their being in session only 35% of the time. In 2012 they met only 109 days.
Based on their performance, we request that the administration introduce legislation to reduce the salary and budget of congress by 65% which would better represent their effort.
