Introduce Legislation to Reform the System by Which the President of the United States is Elected

The goal of this petition is to reform and modernize the system by which the President is elected.
This may be accomplished by amending the third paragraph of the first section of the second article of the U.S. Constitution, as well as any and all other legislation or amendments that may affect the election process.
This petition would request that the election system be reformed such that the President would be elected by a simple national popular vote, and that the complicated electoral college system be eliminated.
