Introduce legislation requiring public disclosure on Congressional websites of campaign donor organizations & amounts.

Created by L.E. on December 17, 2012

As evidenced by near total inaction on Capitol Hill on gun control over recent years while thousands of innocent civilians have been mass murdered by guns, too many Congressional members merely play the political game, only taking a stand when it is popular enough to ensure their own re-election. It is time to reveal the purse strings behind these so-called leaders, in particular so that voters can be fully informed of where a candidates loyalties will lie once elected. Voters should know which organizations control our legislators, and thereby be empowered to not vote for candidates who accept funding from sources that voters may despise.

We the People hereby demand full disclosure on the websites of all incumbents and new candidates of the organizational sources of their funding.
