Grant money to start a breeding Program of tigers and lions to create ligers. Once we have enough ligers to successfully thrive and reproduce, we introduce them into the wild. Can you imagine how awesome our country would look to other countries. Everyone would be like " We're not messing with them. They got ligers in their woods."
