introduce a motion into the U.N to create a lunar research base.

The United States should continue to promote space exploration. To that end, the U.S government should request the United Nations to create a multinational space program with the goal of creating a lunar research base and eventually colonizing space. This will take some of the financial burden off of the U.S while also letting other countries the opportunity to enter space.
