Introduce new and more strict gun laws and more details on how, who and when can gun be owned by people.

I am disheartend on this democracy that allows so many manic people owning a gun. Gun is for killing. that's it. You cannot say owning a gun is a citizen's right. It's giving a citizen to misuse his / her right and distroying other's life. Too many innocent lives have been lost to this crazy doctrine. It's time to review this issue and take appropriate action.
