As we have seen throughout history with alcohol, drugs, and the previous assault weapons ban, prohibition does not work. Instead of taking away the future sales of specific guns and magazines that will enter into law abiding citizens hands and from there POSSIBLY the hands of criminals, introduce another level of safety in the form of mandatory safes and firearm education.
Instead of taking away our rights, choose the option of safeguarding and education.
