The intent of this petition is for the introduction of specific legislation to be introduced to Congress that imposes terms limits of no more than 2 terms or 14 years of service in the Senate and no more than 4 terms or 9 years in the House of Representatives. This legislation should also specify that members of Congress shall not receive lifetime pensions, and shall participate in the Federal Employee's Health Benefit system or other health care program that is available to all citizens of the United States.
