We the undersigned petition the President of the United States and all political leadership, including the Congress of the United States, in writing and adopting an amendment to U.S. Constitution requiring the U.S. federal government to operate within a balanced budget.
We further believe that such an amendment is needed and required as demonstration of sound leadership.
