Introduce a system where the information entered by police in a Terry stop are supervised by professional data analyzers

The relationship between Terry stops and racial profiling in the United States goes hand in hand, and with the many problems going on with racial minorities and police brutality, it can be said that racial profiling is the reason why. In Philadelphia, a system was established where police officers must put in the information of those who are stopped in a Terry stop, and the information is then analyzed by professionals at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University. There is much more supervision on the police here in Philadelphia, and with this petition I would like to put into practice what happens here in Philadelphia regarding Terry stops in other cities of the United States.
