Introduce tax reform that bases corporate rates on job creation/retention

Created by M.P. on September 23, 2011

We propose a very simple and equitable approach to taxation for (all) corporations and any entities that earn more than $5,000,000.00 per year:

1. No exemptions/deductions/credits/deferments, nor industry/company specific dispensations allowed.
2. Tax rate starts at 90% and is reduced, using a simple formula, for each US citizen (residing in US) employed by the corporation/entity, retention rate of said employees, and average salary of said employees.
3. Board/executives/upper management salaries excluded from the salary average.

Summary: the more US citizens employed, retained, and well-paid by an employer, the less tax they will have to pay. This is a real investment in America.
