Introduce term and age limit for all elected members

Created by D.S. on November 20, 2011

Introduce term and age limits for all elected members - Congress and the Senate. As this requires a constitutional change, I petition the Administration to initiate action to get the constitution changed. The term limits should be such that no elected member can serve for more than 12 years at a stretch, and all elected members need to retire by age of 67. Also, there is need to rotate members of various committees. No elected member can serve as a Congressional Committee for more than 6 years at a stretch. Members can get re-elected after a break of six years.
