Introduce term limits to Congress (both the House and Senate).

Now more than ever members of Congress need term limits. We have members in Congress that have been there for a very long time and do not contribute to betterment of this country. All that matters is to them is to posture themselves for re-election and not make decisions that better this country. Laws today seem to only benefit large businesses and special interest groups and not the people that elected them to represent them. If enacted it should be retro-active and former members of Congress cannot become lobbyists or be in any other position that affects laws in states or government. If the President of the United States has a set term limit, so should Congress.
