Supreme Court Justices are currently appointed by the President for life. An amendment should be made making the position of Supreme Court Justice a termed limit. For example once appointed the Justice will be a justice for 4 years, 8 years or even 10 years.
The reason to introduce term limits is that way you don't get suck with a Supreme Court Justice like Scalia who's old backwards thinking of yesterday has no place to be in our government today. Supreme Court Justice Scalia insulted most of the minorities in this country after going after Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. I am surprised that Scalia that is old enough to know about the counting jelly beans to vote should know that is no different than purposely understaffing voting areas where minorities vote.
